Confidentiality Non-Disclosure Agreements – What are they and do I need one?
Before entering into any negotiations with us or submitting your product idea for review you will need to sign a Confidentiality Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), this warrants that that we will not show your product to any third party and protects both of us.
What Type of products are suitable for Manufacturing in China or that you have expertise in?
Labour Intensity: the more labour is involved in assembling and packaging your product the more money you can save.
Quantity – China Manufacturing is Volume driven and at some stage we would need to establish ball park figures for your estimated annual production so we can make a feasibility plan of the production process.

Will manufacturing in China save me money?
Yes ! But you need to consider the complete picture, that’s where we come in. We always advise you to analyse the Total Product Cost – That is Cost of :- Design & Implementation, Production, Unit Cost, Shipping and Management Costs to give you a meaningful figure to work with.
Will you add cost?
What we provide isn’t just about the cost saving its about a Total Solutions Service that you can utilize as part of your business and growth opportunities. There are a ton of factories in China with new ones opening and closing on a daily basis. That’s the rub !
You may also know a few horror stories, if not you’ve not been in the business long enough, and if you have your obviously still intrigued to hope that we can alleviate those nightmares you have had in the past.
This is where our costs come in. As explained below.
Percentage Unit Cost – We typically add a 5-7 % Commission onto the cost of your product, payable only on units shipped ! It’s that simple.
What do you get for that percentage – On the ground resources and Project Management, Superior Quality Products, A Total Solutions Package and Peace of Mind. Our role is to Increase your profitability by having one or more of your products manufactured in the Far East by an efficient, reliable, quality conscious partner.
What sort of Companies do you typically work with?
Typical customers are Retail Organisations, International Brand Names, Small to Medium Sized Enterprises as well as Fortune 500 Companies. We also work with Inventors, Entrepreneurs and Start Up organizations.
How do you guarantee quality?
All our factories are ISO9000 rated. This means that they have had to go through internationally recognized quality Audits and Evaluations. All Products Must Conform to the standard AQL Level and IQC and QC procedures. If additional testing and QC procedures are required for a particular product these can be worked to. Before production starts a Pilot Run is done to test the product and production line to agree a Quality Standard that is set by you. Some customers use our Inspection Services or those of a third party such as SGS to inspect goods prior to shipment.
What about Copyright?
All Factories sign a Non Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) and we continue to monitor them on a regular basis. We work with proven suppliers producing numerous branded and non branded products where total Integrity is given......last three words...is a given.
